How to delete your fAInance account.
You can delete your account directly from the app or request assistance by email.
Deletion may be irreversible.
Before deleting your account, export or save any data you want to keep.
Delete the account from the app.
Follow these steps to delete your fAInance account directly from the app.
Open fAInance
Log in to the app with the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings
Open the section dedicated to the app settings.
Open Data
Enter the section where export, backup and data deletion are managed.
Select Delete account
Start the account and associated data deletion procedure.
Confirm by typing DELETE
For protection, the app requires explicit confirmation before proceeding.
Effects of deletion.
Some data may be retained.
Some information may be retained for the strictly necessary time in the presence of technical, legal, tax, accounting or security obligations, or to manage any requests already submitted.
Request by email.
If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can send a request by email. Indicate the email address associated with the account and specify that you want to delete it.
