fAInance terms and conditions of use.

1. Subject of the terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the fAInance app, the website and the related services. By using fAInance, the user accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them.

fAInance is an application designed to help users record, organize and monitor income, expenses, budgets, goals, alerts, assets, recurring items and other information related to their personal financial management.

To use fAInance, it may be necessary to create an account or sign in through authentication services, such as email/password or Google Login.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, for protecting access credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.

6. AI Consultant

fAInance may include features based on artificial intelligence, such as the AI Consultant, designed to help the user interpret entered data, identify possible areas for improvement and receive suggestions on managing personal finances.

Responses and suggestions generated by AI are for informational and personal support purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, accounting, wealth-management or professional advice.

7. No professional financial advice

fAInance is not a bank, financial intermediary, financial advisor, accountant, tax advisor or entity authorized to provide personalized professional advice. Every financial, wealth, tax or economic decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Backup, export and data loss

fAInance may offer data export, backup or synchronization features. The user is encouraged to keep updated copies of important data. Although reasonable measures are adopted to ensure the operation of the service, fAInance cannot guarantee the absolute absence of errors, interruptions, data loss or technical issues.

9. Advertising and third-party services

fAInance may display advertisements or integrate third-party services, such as authentication systems, hosting, databases, advertising, analytics, crash reporting or AI services. These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, independent from fAInance.
